Senior C++ Developer (Xcode) - Fully Remote
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C++ Developer with expertise in using Xcode. This is a fully remote position, and we welcome candidates who can work within EMEA time zones. As a Senior C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code.
Utilize Xcode to develop and debug applications on macOS and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and specifications.
Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Optimize code for performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in C++ programming and object-oriented design principles.
Extensive experience with Xcode and development for macOS and iOS.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Experience with software debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cross-platform development.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
Prior experience working in a fully remote team.
