Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (German-speaking)

Job Overview: The Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer will play a crucial role in enhancing existing products and driving the development of new features. This role involves working with modern technologies to maintain and improve a SaaS application, contributing to scalability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new features and conduct significant code refactorings to maintain high code quality.
Optionally leverage DevOps experience to enhance and scale infrastructure (MongoDB, Linux servers, Docker, Nginx).
Collaborate closely with team members, contribute to project management, refine features, and establish best practices.
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and participate in decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Strong experience in full-stack JavaScript development, including proficiency in Node.js, Meteor, Electron, and ES6/TypeScript/CoffeeScript.
Fluency in German is essential; Swiss-German proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience or a strong interest in taking on tech lead responsibilities (e.g., feature design, architecture, project management).
Comfortable working in a small, agile team environment with a focus on results and collaboration.
Ability to commute to Zürich Oerlikon; flexible home-office arrangements available (1-2 days/week).
